Week eight found us heading north out of Perth for the Sun, Surf and some Heat.

Look out Cervantes before taking a peek at Thetis Lake stromatolites.
Dongara historic Post office building from 1800’s with beautiful Illawarra flame tree full of colorful birds.
Irwin river Port Denison / Dongara. Gorgeous river reflections.
A tranquil place for a sit.
Moreton Bay fig trees historic trees planted in 1906.

Believed to be first caucasian woman born in WA. Born on beach after ship wreck in Fremantle. We visited grave today.
Geraldton. lovely van park on beach. Watching the ships waiting to port at sunset. Beautiful sunny day one day, then wild and windy the next. Highlights – baby Sea eagle in nest and sea lions on rocks, thanks to my present binoculars from Steve for Christmas.
